Job Title: Chef/Cook

Location: Erina

We are an Italian restaurant on the Central Coast, La Gioia. Our mission is to transport customers straight to the streets of Tuscany, Italy, serving traditional Italian dishes with a contemporary twist and delivering a unique and unforgettable dining experience. With that being said, we are looking for a chef/cook to join us in delivering exceptional food and quality service.

Job Responsibilities:

As a chef/cook, your role will involve:

  • Maintaining kitchen presentation, cleanliness and product integrity
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • High standard of food preparation and productivity
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management and attention to detail
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant cooking
  • Experience in cooking Italian food (preferred)
  • Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends
  • Reliable transportation

Salary Information: Offering full time or casual positions only

Work Hours:

Our opening hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm onwards each day. Must be able to work weekends.
