Job Description

A Travel Consultant Trainee is required to study an online travel course at TAFE part-time, whilst working part-time and getting trained to become a fully qualified first class travel specialist. Full time position may be offered to the right candidate at a later date.

Responsibilities

  • General office administration
  • Assisting consultants with arranging travel requirements
  • Sending out travel documentation
  • Updating our internal knowledge database
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide first class travel service.
