Happy Days Early Learning is a beautiful Early Learning centre located across the road from the beach in the beautiful beachside suburb Bonbeach, Melbourne. 100 places from birth to Kindergarten age children. With a dining room, art studio, commercial kitchen and large communal play spaces. Addidtional Happiness Program for children to learn from local Artist and a Sport program.

Happy Days Early Learning is a family owned and managed centre, with the Management Team being highly experienced Early Childhood Professionals with many years of experience as educators, educational leaders, directors and operational managers. Ready to offer you support, knowledge and guidance in your role. Happy Days believes in quality practices and putting the children first.

Our curriculum is influenced by The Reggio Emilia Approach, Early Learning Years Frameworks, with strong Indigenous and environmental connections. All age groups will be engaged with project work throughout the year.

We need the following full time roles:

Floater/Support Educator Roles: full-time (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking educators who are passionate, experienced and love working with children and have strong relationships with families and the community. As well as, creating and working in beautiful and purposeful environments for children and their families. Must be able to work 5 days.

Applicants must hold:

  • Certificate III, Diploma Early Childhood
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR Qualifications
  • Food Handlers and Child Protection Certificate
  • Working rights in Australia
