You'll be responsible for managing contractor performance across a designated operational area, maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams and service providers. This includes monitoring contract delivery, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supporting long-term contract outcomes through effective communication, reporting and continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Experience in contractor supervision or contract management (preferred)
  • Background in logistics, particularly within trucking or transport companies, or heavy industry
  • Strong understanding of safety leadership principles and practices
  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills to assess performance and manage variations
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • A current open 'C' Class Driver's Licence, and comfortable with regular travel between operational sites
  • This role may be suitable for a FIFO arrangement from Adelaide, or a DIDO arrangement from Whyalla or Port Augusta, subject to operational requirements

Candidates with experience in the trucking or road transport industry will be highly regarded.
