The Coffee Club Domestic – 11:00am starts to 6:30pm finishes

Windmill & Co International – 2:00pm starts to 1:00am finishes

At Airport Retail Group Australia located in the heart of the airport, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Shift Supervisor to help us create a fun, efficient, and rewarding experience for both our team and customers. As part of our leadership team, you'll oversee the daily operations, supervise and train staff, and support the Venue Manager in all aspects of venue management, all while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the airport.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead by Example: Run your shift with confidence while training, supervising, and motivating our Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver excellent service.
• Financial Accuracy: Record sales, handle banking, and resolve any discrepancies—keeping things running smoothly and profitably.
• Stock Control: Assist with ordering stock based on demand and par levels, keeping the venue fully stocked and efficient.
• Efficient Staffing: Work with the Venue Manager to ensure staffing levels are perfectly aligned with activity in the store. Help manage shift rotations to keep things balanced and productive.
• Maintenance & Repair: Keep everything in top condition by assisting with reporting and organizing maintenance of store equipment (coffee machines, EFTPOS, etc.).
• Performance Management: Monitor and report on the performance of lower-level employees, ensuring both praise and discipline are communicated appropriately.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to ARGA policies, including uniform standards, time and attendance, and employee performance.
• Ongoing Learning: Participate in both in-house and external training (paid by us) to build your skills and grow in your career.
• Administrative Support: Assist the Venue Manager with food safety record-keeping and other administrative tasks.
• Emergency On-Call: Be available for any emergency or staffing requirements that may arise during your shift.
• Hands-On: Perform basic cleaning duties when needed—because teamwork makes the dream work

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role (preferably with some leadership or supervisory experience).
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• A willingness to learn and develop within your role.

Pay: $35.15 – $70.30 per hour
