As we continue to expand, we're seeking a passionate Group Fitness Manager to join us in our Blacktown location. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead, inspire, and shape the fitness community while growing both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Bodyfit, demonstrating our values and positively influencing club culture.
  • Conduct weekly quality assurance reviews and provide detailed reports to Senior Fitness Manager.
  • Attend monthly meetings with State Fitness Manager, delivering performance updates.
  • Maintain an up-to-date "Instructor Compliance Spreadsheet" and ensure adherence to timelines and processes.
  • Proactively recruit new instructors, performing auditions and reference checks.
  • Manage class covers and adhere to Group Fitness Budget.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Group Fitness Instructor team through various channels.
  • Approve weekly invoicing and data tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Cert III in fitness
  • Current Insurance
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in supervisory roles.
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication, as well as computer skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $50.00 per hour
