About the Role

The Team Leader Client Support and Enrolment is responsible for leading and supporting a team of Enrolment Officers who play a key role in delivering high-quality enrolment services that enhance student satisfaction and the overall student experience. This role focuses on developing and empowering team members across the various campuses, ensuring the right resources are in place to meet Campus needs. The Team Leader also provides ongoing guidance, documents and improves work processes, and drives efficiencies to support a smooth and student-focused enrolment experience. This is a parental leave backfill role, and contract dates are subject to change, and is dependent on the incumbents chosen return to work date.

About You

You are a confident and collaborative leader with a strong customer service focus and a passion for supporting student success. With proven experience in team leadership and managing complex administrative processes, you bring a proactive, solutions-driven approach.

Your ability to interpret compliance requirements, communicate effectively, and lead high-performing teams makes you well-equipped to thrive in a dynamic, student-centred environment.

Importantly, you model professionalism and integrity in your interactions, demonstrate a solution focused mindset, and are motivated by contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • A formal qualification in Business or minimum 5 years' experience in senior admin roles

  • Experience in leading people is essential

  • Experience working in education or the TAFE sector is highly desirable

Mandatory Requirements

  • A valid Working with Children Clearance

  • Current National Police Check (less than 12 months old)

  • A current Driver's Licence

  • A six-month probationary period applies to this role
