Managing the complaints & disputes insurance team, located in Sydney's CBD.
Your new company

Due to the growing market, they are eager to support their internal teams by hiring a Manager for the complaints & disputes team.

Your new role
As a Manager leading the Complaints & Disputes team, you will be:

  • Developing and building out the complaints & disputes policies, procedures and liaising with the internal teams to ensure all risk requirements are met
  • Implementing policies and procedures for your existing team, whilst growing your department and leading the existing team members
  • Assisting with complex cases within the portfolio and advising your team on how to think outside the box
  • Leading and coaching on the complaints and disputes process
  • Liaising with Senior Management on all reporting aspects, including presenting figures at board meetings once a month.
  • Reporting into the Global Head of Complaints

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Complaints/Dispute Resolution Leader/Manager (within Insurance is highly desirable)
  • Previous experience as a Complaints/Dispute Resolution Leader/Manager (within Financial Services)
  • Experience in creating and implementing new policies/processes
  • People skills, being able to work in a diverse and engaging environment
  • An innovative and go-getter approach
  • The want to succeed and be part of a growing organisation
