About the Role
At Sportsbet, we're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. We're hiring permanent full-time Customer Service Advisors to join our Darwin-based Contact Centre, where you'll be at the heart of the action during major sporting events.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be part of a high-performing team supporting customers via phone, email, and live chat. You'll handle betting inquiries, process inbound telephone bets, and resolve customer issues with speed, empathy, and precision. You'll also collaborate with teams across Payments, Security, Safer Gambling, and more—becoming a trusted source of accurate information and exceptional service.
This is a permanent full-time role with rotating rosters that include evenings, weekends, and public holidays. We're especially looking for team members available during peak sporting seasons, including the upcoming cricket and tennis season.
Important Notes:
- You must be available for 3 weeks of full-time training starting 18th November 2025 (including Saturdays).
- Video interviews are part of the recruitment process.
What You'll Do
- Support customers across phone, email, and live chat
- Accurately process inbound telephone bets
- Resolve customer issues with attention to detail and empathy
- Record clear, concise notes in our customer database
- Stay informed on bet types, key events, and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Take on extra duties and upskilling opportunities as needed
What We're Looking For
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a visa permitting full-time work
- Previous customer service experience is essential; contact centre experience is highly regarded
- Strong verbal communication skills for this phone-based role
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, KPI-driven environment
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong numeracy and computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment
