We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of accounts receivable, payments, reporting, and month-end processes across multiple entities . You will also assist the Project Manager with financial tasks, and prior experience in project accounting will be highly valued.

This role combines general accounting responsibilities—such as reconciliations, journal entries, inbox management, and other administrative support—with business-specific tasks that help keep our group finance operations running efficiently. You will report directly to the Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities(but not limited to) :

  • Process accounts receivable and payments accurately and on time
  • Assist with month-end and financial reporting
  • Prepare reconciliations and journal entries
  • Administrating Project Management Software
  • Support  Project Managers with project-related financial tasks
  • Manage finance-related correspondence and general inbox inquiries
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth finance operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in accounting,
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in accounting software preferably  MYOB and MS Office
