Exploring the Role
In this role you will build and maintain strong relationships with employers, understanding their hiring needs, and matching them with suitable customers. To succeed in this role, you will be delivering sustainable placements while meeting performance targets and contributing to positive community impact.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Build a strong pipeline of customers through active community engagement and networking
• Secure and manage employer partnerships, including volume recruitment opportunities, through networking and events
• Engage with community partners to build a presence in the region, positioning CoAct as the provider of choice in the region
• Meet KPIs by converting employer leads into long-term employment outcomes for our candidates
• Understand employers hiring needs and hiring cycles to deliver tailored recruitment solutions

• Track record of achieving KPIs and developing others
• A self-motivated go-getter who thrives on achieving goals
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team
• A creative problem-solver with a focus on outcomes
• Builds genuine relationships with customers, employers, and peers
• Experience in Employment Services (e.g. DES, Workforce Australia) or similar would be highly regarded
