Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, experienced Second-in-Command (2IC) Pick & Pack Assistant to support the Warehouse Manager in running daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Help oversee and drive daily warehouse pick & pack operations to meet order deadlines.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
  • Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming stock.
  • Train and supervise junior pickers/packers.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.
  • Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Cover manager duties when required.
  • Proactively identify process improvements to boost efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years of warehouse experience, including pick-and-pack and supervisory duties.
  • High attention to detail, strong time-management skills.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Forklift license preferred.
  • Physically capable of manual handling (stock up to ~20 kg).
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WMS or inventory software.
