Position Our Warehouse team at Tuggerah is seeking an enthusiastic full-time store-person for general store-person tasks and as a back-up delivery van driver.
Hours will be 8.00 a.m.
to 4.00 p.m.
Monday and Friday plus potential for overtime.
The position is a 4 month contract with the potential to be longer term for the right candidate.
The duties may be alternated due to workload.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to - Pick, pack and processing of client orders (predominantly printed goods, signage and promotional products) A back-up for customer pick-ups and deliveries to Sydney metro areas Loading and unloading vehicles Use of the freight management system Data entry to inventory system Warehouse pick and pack activities Stock-taking Manual handling Receipt and inspection of stock General housekeeping of warehouse Other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager Mandatory Skills and Experience Must have a current forklift licence and current drivers licence Customer focused, pro-active attitude Able to follow instructions and safety procedures Must be willing to attain a NSW Police employment check Enthusiastic contributor to a team environment Computer literacy - data entry into freight management system and also inventory management system is required Desirable Skills and Experience 2+ years experience in a warehouse environment Knowledge of Sydney roads and traffic Experience in process improvement for a warehouse environment Basic computer literacy Strong attention to detail Previous experience in a similar role The successful applicant will be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks as required.
You will also be required to briefly demonstrate your abilities on a forklift.
