Retail Administrator/Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the sale of construction and landscaping materials, including quarries, mulch, river sands, compost, and more.
• Operate machinery to load and unload goods, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage basic administrative tasks related to sales, stock, and customer orders.
• Use a system to generate invoices for customers accurately.
• Assist with delivery operations, including driving a small truck (driver's license required).
• Submit traffic plans as require (training will be provided).
• Work closely with the team to ensure the best customer experience and smooth daily operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• No prior experience required – this is a junior role with full training provided.
• A small truck license is required (or willingness to obtain one soon).
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within the industry.
• Ability to operate machinery safely (training will be provided as needed).
• Basic computer skills are essential, as you will need to use a system to invoice customers and manage orders.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Basic organisational abilities and attention to detail.
