What does the job look like?

Reporting to the Field Manager we will take you through an 8-week fully paid training course to give you all the required skills prior to sending you out to perform maintenance on various ATM and cash payment technologies. As an enthusiastic person with a passion for all things technical, we will provide you will all tools of trade required, including a mobile phone, full tool kit and a fully maintained company vehicle. Key areas:

  • Fault finding, diagnosis and repairs on a range of cash management systems
  • Attending various sites to maintain and service devices
  • Commissioning, configuring and testing devices
  • Troubleshooting technical issues (backed by a specialist technical support team)

  • The desire to repair equipment with a willingness to learn
  • An ability to follow instructions
  • Sound computer skills  
  • Prior electro-mechanical experience would be advantageous
  • Great ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Must have a valid drivers license
