About the Role

This is a unique, full-time hybrid position that blends sales support with key administrative duties. We believe in building a role that suits the right person, meaning your day-to-day focus can be tailored to your unique skills and experience.

Whether your strength lies in meticulously managing administrative tasks like permits and applications, or in nurturing client leads and preparing house and land packages, this role offers the flexibility to grow and excel.

The role is primarily based at our Blacktown office, with standard hours of 9 am to 5 pm. The position operates on a rotating roster which includes shifts at our display home in Riverland on weekends. This schedule provides the benefit and flexibility of having two days off during the week.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Nurture existing leads, providing exceptional customer service.
• Provide key support to our New Home Consultants, preparing documentation and managing schedules.
• Assist with the preparation of sales documentation.
• Create and publish house and land packages.
• Coordinate permits, applications, and the collection of essential reports (soil tests, site surveys, etc.).
• Meet and greet clients in the display home, whilst maintaining the display home in pristine condition.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
• Provide general administrative support to our wider team.
