Napoli Centrale Pizzeria, a local institution serving authentic Neapolitan pizza since 2012, is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team. If you're a skilled manager with a love for hospitality and Italian cuisine, we want you to join our family

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and inspire a team of servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring top-quality service.

· Manage guest flow, reservations, and ensure seamless service during busy periods.

· Address customer concerns promptly, maintaining a welcoming environment.

· Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to maintain operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

· Proven experience in a management role within hospitality, preferably in a high-volume or pizzeria setting.

· Strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service.

· Experience with front-of-house operations, including staff rostering and inventory management.

· A genuine love for Italian cuisine.
