Restaurant Manager - Napoli Centrale Pizzeria, Newcastle

Napoli Centrale Pizzeria, a local institution serving authentic Neapolitan pizza since 2012, is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team. If you’re a skilled manager with a love for hospitality and Italian cuisine, we want you to join our family

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a team of servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring top-quality service.
- Manage guest flow, reservations, and ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Address customer concerns promptly, maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to maintain operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in a management role within hospitality, preferably in a high-volume or pizzeria setting.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service.
- Experience with front-of-house operations, including staff rostering and inventory management.
- A genuine love for Italian cuisine.
