Your new role

As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll report to the Maintenance Superintendent and lead a small crew to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical maintenance across site. This hands-on leadership role will see you ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, maximising equipment availability, and driving continuous improvement while mentoring and coaching your team.

  • FIFO from Perth
  • 8:6 roster
  • Full-time permanent position

What you'll need to succeed

  • Trade-qualified HV Electrician with statutory supervisor competency
  • HV Switching ticket
  • Strong knowledge of Australian standards and statutory compliance
  • Proven experience in gas power plants and turbines
  • Senior First Aid (including LVR & CPR)
  • Ability to lead a safe, productive, and cost-effective workforce
  • Experience with fault-finding gas turbines, control valves, PLC and DCS systems
  • Current Driver's Licence
