Sales & Social Media Marketing Administrator

John Matthew & Sons are looking for a Full Time Sales & Social Media Marketing Administrator to join our busy sales team

In this position, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all online advertising, social media marketing, settlement administration and other general administration duties.

The advertised position includes the following;

  • Settlement Administration duties and support

  • Email marketing including flipbook advertising

  • Social Media marketing

  • Sales advertising

  • Sales administration duties

  • General administration duties and support

The successful candidate must possess the following qualities and experience/knowledge;

  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office programs

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines

  • An eye for detail and accuracy

  • Good communications skills with sound computer knowledge, writing, email, report writing and client follow-up

  • The skills to be flexible and adaptable and most importantly the ability to be a team player.

Ideally you will have social media marketing, conveyancing, real estate or banking experience.
