Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for construction? We're seeking a Waterproofing Estimator to join our dynamic team and help us deliver top-tier waterproofing solutions across commercial, and industrial projects.

About the Role

As our Waterproofing Estimator, you'll play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive quotes, liaising with clients and suppliers, and supporting project delivery from start to finish. You'll be part of a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and your ideas are heard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review architectural drawings and specifications to prepare detailed waterproofing estimates
  • Conduct site visits if required to assess scope and conditions
  • Liaise with clients, builders, and suppliers to gather pricing and project requirements
  • Prepare and submit quotations and tender documents
  • Track project costs and assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Support the project team with technical advice and product selection

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in waterproofing estimation or related construction estimating
  • Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, materials, and application methods
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office, SimPRO, Bluebeam.
  • Driver's licence and ability to travel to sites as needed
