The Role

We're seeking a qualified and experienced tiler to join the SuperSealed team.

This position is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in their work and is looking to build a long-term career with a company that values skill, precision, and reliability.

You'll be working on bathroom and balcony repair projects, performing tile installation, waterproofing, and epoxy regrouting.

Training in our epoxy grout systems will be provided, but previous experience with similar products is highly regarded.

As SuperSealed continues to expand, this role offers the potential to grow into a supervisory or quoting/estimator position for the right candidate who demonstrates strong initiative and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tiling, waterproofing, and repair works on bathrooms, balconies, and wet areas
  • Apply or learn to apply epoxy grout systems and advanced sealants
  • Prepare and waterproof surfaces using membrane systems
  • Maintain high workmanship standards and attention to detail
  • Work closely with the SuperSealed team to ensure efficient, high-quality outcomes
  • Represent the company professionally on every job site

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified tiler with proven experience in bathroom and balcony tiling
  • Knowledge of waterproofing membranes and proper application methods
  • Familiarity with epoxy grout systems (training provided if required)
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Current driver's licence
