As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and professional Medical Secretary to join our team and support our day-to-day operations across multiple clinics.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical team, managing patient interactions, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive medical information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing patient appointments, schedules, and follow-ups.

Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence with patients and healthcare providers.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.

Assisting with Medicare processing.

Coordinating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless operations.

Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and office organization.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar administrative role within healthcare.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.

Proficiency in medical practice management software (Genie).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling patient information.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional language skills are a plus.
