About the Role

This is a full-time, hands-on opportunity that's ideal for someone who is newly qualified in HR and has a solid background in administration. Working closely with our Staff Engagement and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for our VIC field workforce, as well as supporting various HR administrative functions.

You'll be the friendly and organised go-to person who ensures new team members are ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for HR & payroll related queries.
  • Screen and coordinate recruitment for field-based roles.
  • Manage onboarding, inductions, and employee documentation
  • Deliver in-person induction assessments for new field staff
  • Support client-specific training and onboarding in partnership with Operations
  • Maintain accurate records in the HR Information System.
  • Support time sheet processing.
  • Assist with PPE and uniform management.
  • Ensure HR compliance and quality standards are met.
  • General administrative and data entry tasks.
  • Provide support to the Staff Engagement Business Partner and Operations Manager

About You

  • Strong admin experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems & handling time sheet queries.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry.
  • Confident communicator with a people-first mindset.
  • Computer savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to grow.
  • Completed or currently studying a qualification in Human Resources.
