As Multi Site Space Leader, you'll work closely with our Sydney teams to support multiple WOTSO locations - stepping in to cover staff leave, welcome new faces, problem solving onsite, assisting with site operations and ensuring spaces look their best.

You'll be hands-on, proactive, and ready to jump in when needed - from welco This role could be ideal for a retail or hospitality manager looking for a new challenge in a Monday to Friday role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Workspace Management:

• Support our Sydney Space Leaders
• Problem-solve workspace issues
• Ensure the workspace is presented to a high standard
• Be on top of general upkeep of the workspace, including maintenance and repairs
• Work closely with Regional Manager
• Build member relations and manage retention of members
• Daily set up and pack down

Member Engagement & Vibe:

• Respond to sales leads and conduct tours for potential members
• Engage with the community and develop member relations
• Plan WOTSO community events, such as weekly drinks and monthly member breakfasts
• Create member communications
• Admin support

Is This You?

• Previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality management
• Professional and positive demeanour
• Adaptable and proactive with a hands on approach
• Effective communicator who enjoys engaging with all kinds of people
• Open to travel across spaces within the Sydney region
