Your New Role – Student Caller

Are you passionate about Murdoch University and love connecting with people? We're looking for enthusiastic team members to help engage our alumni and donors as we celebrate the University's 50th anniversary

In this role, you'll play a key part in sharing your experience as a student, fostering meaningful connections, and expressing gratitude to our valued supporters. You'll also encourage charitable contributions that directly impact the University's future growth.

This is more than just seeking donations —it's about building relationships and strengthening our alumni and donor community

This casual role attracts a competitive casual rate of $38.55 p/hr – $39.70 p/hr inclusive of 25% casual loading plus 12% employer superannuation contributions.

What you will bring to the role:

• Strong telephone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage donors and alumni professionally, positively, and persuasively.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Strong data entry and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and professional with high energy and integrity.
