Liberty Pace Staffing is looking for compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support elderly residents in a warm, welcoming aged care facility in Mayfield, NSW.

Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we offer flexible hours, ongoing support, and above-average pay – all in a team that truly values your work.

What You'll Do:

  • Help residents with daily care: dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

  • Provide mealtime support and medication reminders

  • Encourage social connection and engagement

  • Report changes in health or mood to the care team

  • Keep rooms tidy and safe for everyone

  • Be a kind, respectful presence in someone's day

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in aged care or personal care (formal or informal)

  • A caring attitude and a love for helping others

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to get it)

  • Police Check & WWCC (or willing to apply)

  • Flexible to work various shifts (we work around your availability)

Pay & Perks:
