RSM Australia Summer Internship Program

Our Summer Internship Program is designed to give you a real-world, hands-on experience in the professional services industry. Over the course of the internship, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain insights into the day-to-day life at RSM.

Over the course of a week in February you'll have a chance to work directly within the Restructuring & Recovery team and get a real taste of Insolvency work. This is an intensive program that will allow you to test your skills and chart your path towards a career in Insolvency.

What You'll Gain

• Practical Experience: Work on real client engagements and projects.
• Mentorship & Support: Learn from industry leaders and receive guidance from a dedicated buddy and manager.
• Professional Development: Participate in training sessions, networking events, and career development workshops.
• Pathway to Graduate Roles: High-performing interns may be offered a graduate or undergraduate position upon completion of the program.

When Do You Start?

This program runs for one week in late February.

Who You Are

• Currently in your penultimate year of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree (Accounting preferred) - graduating by the end of 2026.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
