What You'll Do

Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and food productionPrepare and present high-quality, diverse menus tailored to the university communityMentor and lead junior kitchen staff to maintain exceptional service standardsManage stock control, inventory, and wastage to ensure financial efficiencyMaintain rigorous food safety, hygiene, and OHS standards at all timesCollaborate on seasonal menu planning and special campus events

Skills And Experiences

About You

Relevant trade qualifications in Commercial CookeryProven experience in a high-volume catering or restaurant environmentStrong leadership abilities and a "can-do" attitudeExcellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfactionA valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) is mandatory for this positionReliability and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe workspace
