Dandenong, Victoria, Australia Falcon Pools and Landscapes Full time $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Established approximately 13 years ago, Falcon Fresh Pty Ltd serves nearly 360 regular customers each month. With its customer base focused in the central, eastern, and south-eastern suburbs, the company now seeks to add a permanent full-time pool service technician.

Experience in pool maintenance is preferred, but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Duties include:

· Clean and maintain residential swimming pools on a regular basis, including:

o    Skimming debris

o    Brushing walls and steps

o    Vacuuming pool floor

o    Cleaning skimmer and pump baskets

· Test and adjust water chemistry

· Install, repair, and maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, etc.)

· Perform basic maintenance and repairs as needed

· Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner

· Keep records of service performed

· Troubleshooting and problem solving

· Work hours are Monday to Friday; additional hours, including weekends, may be required

· Managing customer service responsibilities and accountability for assigned customers

Required attributes:

· Reliability, honesty, motivation, efficiency, integrity, and willingness to learn

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Professionalism and interpersonal skills for client, supplier, contractor, and team relations

· Ability to work independently and within a team

· Physical fitness for manual labour and lifting requirements

· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting, working in various weather conditions, and standing for extended periods

· Current full Victorian driver's licence (manual preferred, not essential)

· Permanent Australian citizenship is required; overseas applications will not be considered
