Job Description:
Analyst specializing in enabling design, development, deployment and operational support of SAP ME functionality. Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test the SAP ME manufacturing execution system, providing expert guidance on best practices.Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for SAP ME manufacturing execution system, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.Develop RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement and Forms) specifications to complete development identified as part of L3Harris business requirements Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for the SAP ME manufacturing execution system, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues.Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.Stay current with new technologies, especially with manufacturing execution systems, to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.Minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP ME, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.Preferred Additional Skills:
Strong knowledge of SAP ME and experience with interfacing SAP ME to ERP applications.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective manufacturing execution solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.Expertise in SAP ME functionality and Configuration.Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes.Experience working in multiple manufacturing environments.Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in NYC areas is $99,500- $184,500. The salary range for this role in New York state is $114,000- $212,000.This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
