About the Role

Partner with our collaborative Slade pharmacy team at Brunswick Private Hospital. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced pharmacist keen to advance their career in site leadership and management. You'll lead a diverse team and ensure the delivery of optimum patient-centred care in a fast-paced environment.

Brunswick Private Hospital is a comprehensive rehabilitation, general medicine and mental health facility. The specialised rehabilitation services include pain management, orthopaedics, neurological, cardiac and trauma.

We understand that flexibility matters, so we're offering options to suit different lifestyles. You can choose the arrangement that works best for you:

• Full-Time – Monday to Friday.
• Part-Time – Tuesday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, providing a consistent schedule for those seeking reduced hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide dispensing and clinical services to patients in the hospital.
• Being involved in the strategic planning and operations of all aspects of the Pharmacy business
• Motivate, guide and lead our pharmacy team to provide exceptional healthcare services
• Actively participate and oversee all daily operational activities in the pharmacy
• Ensure the business complies with legislation and contractual obligations and continuously improves its clinical and pharmacy services
• Attend and present at key client hospital meetings
• Ensure the business operates profitably and efficiently

About You

We are seeking a passionate employee who can confidently lead and mentor a dynamic team. You will have the ability to identify opportunities for development and growth for the business with a can-do attitude.

Skills & Experience:

• Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
• Previous experience leading a team in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• An organised self-starter
• Versatile and adaptable
• Able to build effective relationship across executives, nurses, doctors and senior hospital staff
• Passionate about delivering exceptional pharmacy services to our patients and hospital
