THE OPPORTUNITYRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Investigate inbound leads via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide customers with tailored product information to convert leads into sales
  • Ensure orders are correctly quoted, invoiced, and processed to maintain sales accuracy
  • Liaise with other departments throughout the supply chain to ensure orders are on-time, every time
  • Rectify any customer issues as quickly and effectively as possible
  • Support other inbound sales team members to ensure performance targets are achieved
  • Regularly report to the Customer Relations Manager on customer-service related activities
  • Work closely with the inbound sales team to improve processes to ultimately improve the customer's experience
ABOUT YOU
  • Previous experience in internal or external sales
  • Proven experience working towards sales targets within a fast-paced environment
  • Resilient with the ability to proactively seek solutions to customer enquiries
  • A big team player who finds enjoyment from helping others succeed
  • High attention to detail particularly when confirming orders with customers
  • Adaptable personality with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders ranging from blue-collar to white-collar professionals
  • Ambitious and motivated with the desire to develop their career within a large business
