The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Joiner to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience in manufacturing and assembling custom joinery. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Manufacturing and assembling custom high end joinery
  • Working efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ensuring quality control and maintaining high production standards.
  • Collaborating with the production team to optimise processes and workflow.
  • Operating woodworking machinery, hand tools, and CNC equipment.
  • Adhering to workplace safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar joinery or cabinet-making role.
  • Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and finishes.
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings and plans.
  • Experience with CNC machinery (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
