The Role

Skout Solutions on behalf of Ventia is seeking to engage experienced Food & Beverage Utility staff. We have casual positions at Irwin Barracks and Campbell Barracks, WA. As part of the team, you'll be required for each rostered shift to perform tasks including but not limited to front of house, dining room and kitchen hand duties. Some bar duties may also be required.

This is a casual role, working approximately 3-4 shifts per week.

Shifts will vary depending on operational requirements.

Pay rate: $32.31 per hour (+ penalties rates for overtime, weekends + public holidays)

Skills & Responsibilities

• Run an efficient front-of-house service
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Assist with basic food preparation
• Support with cleaning the premises and equipment
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Base Security Pass (DCAC)
• Operate bar services in line with Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol Standards, when required

Requirements

• Must be an Australian Citizen - Essential
• Must have a current Drivers Licence - Essential
• Hospitality Experience - Essential
• Current Police Clearance
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
• Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Be flexible and available at short notice
