As a Behaviour Practitioner, you will create and implement behaviour support plans to promote positive change and enhance quality of life for individuals with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct behavioural assessments and develop tailored support plans.

* Provide direct intervention and collaborate with families and professionals.

* Deliver training on behaviour management techniques.

* Maintain accurate client records and stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications/ Skills

* MUST be Core Level or above.

* MUST have NDIS Practitioner ID.

* MUST have experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

* (Ideally) Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

* Experience in writing detailed documents/ reports.

* Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.

* Genuine passion for helping others.
