Bar Supervisor

Having recently acquired Bli Bli Hotel in July 2025 we are now on the hunt for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our Leadership Team. This is a senior position, reporting to the Assistant Managers and Venue Manager. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for leading the entire Hotel's Bar Operations in both a strategic and hands-on role.

This role may be available in a Full Time capacity for the right candidate if mutually beneficial for both parties.

Duties and Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Leading the entire beverage team as we strive to offer extraordinary customer experiences.
• Share your wealth of knowledge through training & education
• Drive growth in this vital channel of the business
• Collaborate on product ranging & creation
• Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
• Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
• Possess flexible availability across 7 days to fulfil a variety of rotating shifts, that vary from opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in line with our Hotel's operating hours.
