Knotwood operates as a privately held company in Stapylton, Queensland. As the demand for our products continues to rise, we're seeking a motivated Sales Qualifier Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional service while supporting internal sales and operations.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Google Suite, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, or similar enterprise-level platforms).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on delivering positive customer experiences.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to excellent customer service and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly

  • Assist with order placement, tracking, freight coordination, and product support

  • Support customers in navigating our online ordering platforms

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment

  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system

  • Provide general administrative support including data entry and file management

  • Resolve customer issues professionally, escalating where necessary

  • Assist with internal pricing queries and service support

  • Contribute to team improvement initiatives

REMUNERATION

Salary is dependent on your skill set and experience.
