About the role

As we continue to expand, we are on the hunt for a Contracts Administrator to join our team working out of our Brooklyn office.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with PMs to draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance with terms and conditions, identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts, and collaborate with Project teams to address any contractual issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related enquiries, liaise with project managers, and finance teams to facilitate contract execution.
- Conduct regular meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment on contract terms and project progress.
- Oversee the procurement process for projects by supporting with the drafting of scope of work, issuing RFI/RFQ packs, negotiating agreements, preparing contracts, raising purchase orders, and closing out activities.
- Collaborate with project and finance teams to enhance project costing and reporting capabilities.
- Streamline the use of systems to enable consistent and improved reporting of project forecasts.
- Drive system use and facilitate training for project and finance teams;
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of contract modifications, correspondence, and other relevant documents.
About You
This position would suit a candidate who possesses the following:
- You are self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality;
- You have a strong knowledge of Workbench to drive system use and facilitate training for project and finance team;
- You have an understanding of contractual impacts to works and the associated risks and opportunities;
- You have an understanding of project budgets and costs for site resources;
- You have an ability to build collaborative relationships, address concerns promptly and support conflict resolution.
