Senior Estimator
on behalf of a leading Newbuild & Fit-Out contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, industrial, civil, infrastructure projects up to
$60 Million.
Strong intermediate Estimators are also urged to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Preparing detailed BOQ's and variations
  • Summarising scope of works and tenders
  • Working with the delivery team to prepare proposals
  • Preparing initial estimating assessments of tenders for tender shortlist review
  • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal procurement team to negotiate pricing

Skills Required

  • 5+ years' + experience as an Estimator within the construction industry. Ideally in Fitout & Refurbishment or within a reputable contractor.
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
  • Experience Estimating on Commercial, Retail, Education, Government projects up to $5 Million +
  • Advanced in CostX / Cubit or alike
  • Strong communicator, financial acumen and attention to detail
