At Vitasoy we work together to grow a better world, producing world class plant milks sourced from Aussie farmers. Located in Wodonga, Vitasoy has been developing and producing plant milk and yoghurt at our Wodonga facility for the past 20 years. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a permanent full time Shift Team Leader to join our Operations team.

The Shift Team Leader plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and production within a high-speed manufacturing environment. Overseeing daily operations during shift, the role reports to the General Manager of Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Lead and monitor safe work practices on site

·       Leading and mentoring a production team

·       Managing day-to-day operations during shift

·       Ensure all production processes adhere to company policies, quality standards and

safety regulations

·       Ensuring targets and quality standards are met

·       Driving continuous improvement

Knowledge and Skills:

·       Experience in production management or a supervisory role

·       Strong leadership and people management skills

·       Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety and quality assurance

·       FMCG Experience

·       Solid understanding of food safety and quality requirements

·       SAP experience would be an advantage

·       An excellent work ethic and can-do attitude
