The Role
We're seeking experienced Plumber / Handypersons to help keep one of Australia's largest fuel retail networks operating smoothly and efficiently. You'll work as part of a multi-trade mobile team, travelling to client sites in a company-supplied vehicle.
Using your plumbing and maintenance expertise, you'll complete remedial and preventative works to ensure sites remain safe, reliable, and customer-ready. You'll also assist with general maintenance tasks and collaborate with other trades to support smooth operations across all client locations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on plumbing and hydraulic systems
- Install, repair, and maintain hot water systems (gas and electric), TMVs, and backflow devices
- Perform general building maintenance tasks outside your core trade when required
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and maintenance in line with BGIS standards
- Liaise with clients and supervisors to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance
- Work collaboratively with other trades and contractors across sites
- Uphold BGIS safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times
- Use company systems to record job delivery and completion updates
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Your Education, Experience & Skills
- Certificate III in Plumbing (minimum qualification)
- 1–5 years' experience in a similar plumbing or hydraulic maintenance role
- White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Current manual driver's licence
- WPCG accreditation or Fuels Retail experience (advantageous)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Multi-trade capability (e.g., general maintenance, handyperson duties) desirable
- Full working rights in Australia (essential)
