Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager for an on-site role at our Campbellfield, VIC location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. You will develop sales strategies, lead negotiations with customers, identify new business opportunities, and monitor market trends. Additionally, you will ensure the team provides exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in sales team management, goal setting, and achieving revenue targets
  • A solid understanding of market trends and business development strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related systems
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with the truck parts or automotive industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
