What your day will look like….
Your day will be dynamic and people-focused, embodying Darling Downs Health values while ensuring safe, respectful care underpinned by relevant legislation. You'll actively engage with patients, visitors, and staff to promote a positive safety culture, using de-escalation techniques and collaborating closely with clinical teams to support individual needs. By building strong relationships and staying vigilant to health changes and security concerns, you'll play a vital role in creating a supportive, calm environment for all.
