We are seeking an experienced Electrical ITS Senior Project Engineer to join our team. Georgiou is proud to be part of the Tonkin Extension Alliance - a key infrastructure initiative that will improve connectivity and safety across Perth's north-eastern corridor. You will be trusted to:

• Take ownership of the MRWA Electrical, ITS and Traffic Signal works - $35M scope
• Provide overall leadership and direction to the services team under your control
• Arrange, attend and lead weekly/fortnightly subcontractor meetings
• Drive the coordination of relocation works across all three project zones by working closely with relevant Zone Leads and Delivery Managers
• Scope, prepare short term look ahead programs, and provides input into the project schedule, status of works and reporting requirements
• Ensure HSEQ awareness is maintained at all times
• Communicate appropriate contract and construction issues with Delivery Manager / Services Lead in a timely manager
• Lead end-to-end management of all utility providers, including relocation design review, execution of relocation contracts, and facilitation of interface meetings
• Take ownership of subcontractor management for key service scopes, including service locating, service protection, and Water Corporation relocation contracts

What you're good at:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the civil construction industry with an Electrical ITS background
• Able to demonstrate daily productivity and cost control skills and prior forecasting experience
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and suppliers for site works
• Experience in coordinating and/or running tool box meetings, pre-start meetings, site inductions and a demonstrated commitment to HSEQ practices
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills which enable you to assist in resolution of client and key stakeholders concerns
• Experience of guiding and leading other engineers
• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree / Electrical ITS qualification and or background
