We partner with schools, universities, community organisations and government stakeholders to improve communication, safety and wellbeing outcomes for young people.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager & Education Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role uniquely blends partnership development, client management, program design, facilitation, and project delivery.

You will work closely with a small remote and flexible team to expand partnerships, support program growth, and deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned to sector frameworks and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnerships, Stakeholder Engagement & Growth

  • Build, manage and grow partnerships with schools, universities, and community organisations
  • Identify and progress new partnership opportunities
  • Lead sales, onboarding and ongoing client relationship management
  • Contribute to marketing and promotion of Learning Consent programs
  • Support grant writing and funding submissions where relevant

Education Consulting, Program Design & Delivery

  • Develop and refine lesson content and program materials (internal and client-facing)
  • Design and deliver teacher training, professional learning, workshops and seminars
  • Facilitate sessions confidently with educators, students and community stakeholders
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor delivery and ensure outcomes are met

Research, Evaluation & Project Support

  • Support research activities, data collection and evaluation processes
  • Provide project support and coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Maintain clear documentation and assist process improvement
  • Support staff training, internal capability building and facilitator development

Selection Criteria

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in respectful relationships, consent, wellbeing or youth education
  • Demonstrated experience in partnerships management, stakeholder engagement, education consulting, or program delivery
  • A Bachelor of Education or Master of Teaching
  • Strong knowledge of school and education settings
  • High-level facilitation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven project management capability with strong attention to timelines and detail
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and deliver to a high standard
  • Alignment with the values and sensitivity required in consent and respectful relationships education
  • An eye for detail with design skills in Canva and Powerpoint
