About the Role

As a Trainee at The Grove Academy, you'll kickstart your career in Early Childhood Education by working alongside a passionate team to create a positive and inspiring environment for children. With hands-on learning opportunities, you'll develop the skills to deliver fun, engaging programs that nurture children's growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Learning how to support educators in delivering fun and engaging learning experiences
  • Building warm relationships with children, families, and your team
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Actively participating in learning opportunities
  • Contributing to a culture of fun, collaboration, and curiosity

Skills & Experience
