THE COMPANY & THE ROLE:

As a company they have a turnover of around $80M per year and they do not want to be a Tier 1 Company. They currently have 50 employees with average key personnel experience of 15+ years in the construction industry.

In the role your duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Manage and advise the various trades accordingly
  • Assist with look ahead programming
  • Read and interpret construction drawings
  • Ensure works are being undertaken safely
  • Report to Project Manager & Directors

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

It is anticipated that suitable candidates will possess the following;

  • A strong construction trade background (Certificate III in Carpentry)
  • CERT IV Building essential
  • Experience using Jobpac and Procore ( Not Essential )
  • Experience as the number 1 on high end residential projects
  • A good understanding of construction trades
  • Ability to read plans
  • A keen eye for finishes and detail
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate with trades
  • Excellent organisational skills
