Site Manager – High-End Residential

A leading high-end builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a new $5M architecturally designed home in Cronulla. This is a standout opportunity for someone who thrives delivering premium residential projects with complex structural detail and exceptional design finishes.

The build includes:

Two-storey luxury residence

Suspended slab

Glass-bottom pool

High-spec detailing and architectural finishes

You will be supported by a dedicated Contracts Administrator and Project Manager, allowing you to focus on quality delivery, trade management, sequencing and execution on site.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Running day-to-day site operations from site establishment to handover
  • Coordinating trades, driving safety, quality and program
  • Reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings
  • Managing sequencing, site logistics and buildability requirements
  • Ensuring premium workmanship and meticulous detail are maintained
  • Reporting progress and working closely with the PM and CA

What You Need

  • Experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor delivering luxury homes between $3M–$7M
  • Strong understanding of structural processes including suspended slabs
  • Ability to read structural + architectural plans confidently
  • Proven ability to manage trades, sequencing and high-end finishes
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Available to start December
