Professionals who fall under the Health Professionals State Award must provide evidence of three years' clinical experience in their profession to be appointed at a Level 2 and above.
About the role
Tweed Community & Allied Health has a vacancy for a Health Clinician to join their Aged Care Assessment team to provide aged care assessment, information, advice, referral and care planning services for elderly people with age related health issues and complex needs and to assess their eligibility for Government subsidised aged care services.
